Hamsterley Hall, Handley Cross Bridge
Built 1843 and named after his most famous book by Robert Smith Surtees, owner of Hamsterley Hall and author of "Handley Cross", the bridge crosses a tributary of the Pont Burn and continues the approach to the Hall from the Lodge.
