Steam Engine Name Plate, 'The Durham Light Infantry', 1958-63. To celebrate the 200th anniversary of the Regiment, a V2 Class Steam Locomotive No:60964 was named 'The Durham Light Infantry' at Durham Station on 29 April 1958. This name plate was presented to the DLI Museum in October 1963, when the Regimental name was transferred to a new Deltic Diesel Locomotive No:D9017. Acc No: 1180
