Snare Drum, 1 DLI

Snare Drum, 1st Battalion DLI, 1958-1968. This drum has a steel shell with the skin heads (now damaged) tensioned with metal rods. Painted on the drum are the Royal Crest and the DLI's badge and Battle Honours. Note that 'Ghent' has been added in error instead of 'Gheel'. Acc No: 1700
